The first part serves as an icebreaker, creating a comfortable space to discuss career futures with women in similar life situations. The second part provides the opportunity to deepen, reflect on, and expand upon the experiences from the first session, integrating additional career-orientation topics.

Both parts build upon each other, offering an intensive exchange in a women's group, and giving you the chance to connect your career aspirations with your personal identity.
